ImmunoChemistry Technologies 細胞蛋白酶

ImmunoChemistry公司成立于1994年，作為研發(fā)、銷售于一體的免疫化學生物技術公司，提供各種du特的細胞蛋白酶、細胞凋亡與細胞毒性檢測試劑盒。

美國ImmunoChemistry Technologies（ICT）有幾十年免疫檢測的經(jīng)驗，主要提供高質量高靈敏度的ELISA以及相關試劑，包括包被液、封閉液、沖洗液、底物、終止液、板子等等。同時提供全面的細胞活性檢測相關試劑，包括凋亡、caspase、自噬、細胞毒性、壞死等相關檢測。

ImmunoChemistry公司產(chǎn)品FLICA™、Magic Red™、MitoPT™、FLISP™、Cholinesterase和dan堿酯酶等全細胞蛋白酶檢測試劑盒，不采用酶聯(lián)免疫方法也不使用抗體，通過使用熒光標記的滲透細胞底物與由活性蛋白酶標記多肽序列的抑制劑，對細胞內活性凋亡蛋白酶、組織蛋白酶、絲an酸蛋白酶、dan堿酯酶、功能性線粒體進行測定，便可定量分析細胞凋亡與細胞毒性。

一旦小鼠單克隆細胞系被亞克隆為單克隆，它就可以通過體外（生物反應器）或體內（腹水）生產(chǎn)用作單克隆抗體（mAb）的無限來源。

方法概述：體外生物反應器生產(chǎn)

細胞系擴增（1-2周）

解凍并擴增單克隆細胞系用于接種生物反應器。

可根據(jù)要求提供細胞系對無血清培養(yǎng)基的適應（適應最多需要 3 周）。

生物反應器生產(chǎn)（2周）

將細胞系接種到生物反應器中并產(chǎn)生抗體。

mAb純化

方法概述：體內腹水生產(chǎn)

細胞系擴增（項目相關時間線）

解凍并擴增單克隆細胞系用于接種小鼠。

接種（3-4周）

對小鼠進行啟動，接種細胞，然后收獲抗體。
